Lavender letters

I recently wrote a guest post for Lavenderworld on why I value lavender so much.
To summarise, I noted its antibacterial, antibiotic and antiviral properties; as well as its general usefulness as a first aid function.
As with perfumes, layering is a good way to increase its potency. By this I mean take a bath with a few drops added, add a few drops to the final rinse water when washing your hair, and then when your skin is still damp from bathing, use a blend of sweet almond oil with a couple of drops of lavender mixed in, and massage it well into your skin.
Used regularly, it is my belief that, lavender will help boost your immunity – in a non-toxic, nice smelling way.
